On March 9, 1993, Yoon-gi was born into a middle-class family in Daegu, South Korea. He enrolled in Taejeon Primary School, Gwaneum Middle School, and Apgujeong High School.
Suga gained admission to Global Cyber University and teamed up with J. Hope and the other BTS Rm fellows. When Yoon-gi was twelve years old, he listened to rap songs like “Fly” by Epik High and “Ragga Muffin” by Stony Skunk. First, After joining the hip-hop group “D-Town,”Min Yoon debuted as an unofficial rapper. Because his name is translated into English, he performed under the stage name Gloss.
Next, In 2010, he published the song “518-062” in remembrance of the “Gwangju Rebellion” while working with the group “D-Town.” Additionally, he danced in the music video for Jo Kwon’s song “I’m The One.”
