On October 13, 1995, Jimin was born in South Korea’s Geumjeong District of Busan. Jimin’s father’s name is Park Pil-woo, and he owns a restaurant. His mother’s name is Mi-Jeong, and she is a housewife.

Park Ji’s family consists of three members. His mother, his father, and his younger brother, who is very close to him. He went to Hodong Elementary School and Yonsan Middle School in Busan. At an early age, he always had a passion for dance, and in middle school, he joined Just Dance School. Before beginning his training, Jimin focused on choreography at Busan High School of Arts, where he demonstrated exceptional talent in the modern dance division.

Jimin’s instructor recommended that he participate in an audition at an entertainment company because he was an excellent dancer.
