Career Of Greg

When Greg Doucette first developed an iron itch at the age of seven, he began lifting large objects. For several years, Greg trained with his father using only steel rods and cement blocks.

Greg’s father became injured when he was ten years old and completely stopped training. However, at that point, Greg had grown fond of lifting objects and improving his physical strength. He began to sneak into the basement during the day to train alone.

Greg has balanced his interests in strength and physical appearance, participating intermittently in bodybuilding and powerlifting since he was a teenager and well into his forties. Greg achieved success in both domestic and international competitions, set records, and obtained his IFBB pro bodybuilding card in 2012.  In addition, he is the powerlifting category Guinness World Record holder.

Greg Doucette is well-known in the powerlifting and fitness communities, but his professional career has sadly not been as fruitful. In 2017, Greg began riding bikes professionally, and the following year, he began competing in professional events.  Unfortunately, he was suspended following the Tour of Keji, a bicycle race held in Nova Scotia, where he finished 11th in his category, ending his career in this sport.

Youtube Profession

His goal when starting his YouTube channel on November 4, 2006, was to educate people online about health and fitness. However, he didn’t begin uploading videos until a year after the channel was launched. He was observed posting only videos of powerlifting during his elementary school years.

He continued this for almost ten years. Finally, he started making dedicated videos where he spoke on different topics and shared his opinions. In fact, he runs Q&A sessions quite often where he answers the most asked fitness questions.

There were barely 200k subscribers to his channel by the end of 2019. Almost a million people had subscribed to the channel by the end of 2020, having grown more than four times that year. He had some rapid growth this year as a result of a few viral videos he published. His most popular show on the channel is “Natty OR Not,” which he hosts. The channel has 843 million total video views as of right now, and it has over 2.04 million subscribers.
