Woman Claims Friends Exclude Her From Christmas Dinner Because She’s ‘Too Hot’

A Brazilian woman claims her friends have excluded her from their annual Christmas dinner, because she’s ‘too hot

Marina Smith, a 34-year-old influencer from São Paulo, says her friends fear she might “tempt” their partners during the festive event.

She first learned about her exclusion through a friend’s boyfriend, who revealed she wasn’t added to the WhatsApp group planning the celebrations.

They Think I’ll Steal Their Men

In an interview with MailOnline, Marina, a former Miss BumBum winner, shared her frustrations about being excluded.

“I’ve been banned from Christmas dinner because the women think I’ll steal their men,” she explained. “They’re worried I might tempt their husbands and boyfriends.”

Marina has been single since early 2024 after ending her previous relationship due to financial disagreements. While being single can be challenging, she insists she isn’t desperate for a new partner.

“I’m very selective about the men I get involved with,” she clarified. “I’m not in a rush, and I’m definitely not a needy woman.”

Feeling Betrayed by Friends

Marina said she felt hurt and betrayed upon learning she wasn’t invited to the Christmas celebrations.

“Being single already limits my outings and trips with friends, as they now go out with their partners,” she said. “But now, my looks and single status make me a threat to them!”

The influencer believes her exclusion stems from jealousy and not from anything she has done.

“I always respect other people’s relationships,” Marina stated. “I’ve never made advances toward their partners. This is all about their insecurity.”

A Bold Response

Marina plans to address the situation directly with her friends, emphasizing how disrespectful their decision feels.

“I hope they don’t change their minds and invite me, because my answer would be no!” she declared. “At this point, I’d rather spend Christmas alone at home. Yes, I’m beautiful, but that’s no reason to leave me out.”

Standing Her Ground

The drama has also prompted Marina to defend her personal choices, including her style and appearance.

“The issue isn’t me,” she insisted. “It’s the men who think I’m ‘too beautiful to be real.’”

Although the situation has hurt her, Marina says it has also shown her who her true friends are.

For now, she plans to enjoy the holidays on her own terms, free from unnecessary drama.
